April's Missionaries

image  Last week we were able to meet up with the Fergesons in their Houstonian neighborhood for a meal.  It really is exciting to see how God is already using this dynamic couple.  Listening to them talk about what is going on and how the move and adjustment is going will definitely help us know how to pray for them better.  Bro. Heath is a Houston native who attended college at Southeastern and met his wife Jaimie, a North Carolina lady.  Later in their ministry they worked at Southestern as promotional director.  It was there that I really got to know their family {minus Ashlyn} during ensemble tour.

We were excited to hear they already have plans for another couple to join them in North Houston this summer.  Heath's parents are aiding the North Houston project, and Mr. Lee and Mrs. Sally Wilcox join them for Bible studies when they are not traveling to other Texas FWB churches.  God is so good and witnessing His provision for this family is amazing.  They have been busy traveling until their move at the beginning of 2013.  Not long ago the closed on their home and are now "setting up house," as they seek to plant a church for God's glory.

Pray for the Fergeson family as they are settling in to their new home, and hosting weekly Bible studies.  Pray for encouragement, growth, and for the last of their support money to be raised.  You can learn more about the Fergeson family by clicking here  and here.
