Milestones & Memories

*Just for my own records I'm posting some funny memories and also some milestones from the past few months.  Back in September, we had such a busy day at church, that Ethan did not get his regular nap out.  When we got home he wanted to see Pingu and have a snack, and around 8:30 this is how he was asleep in front of the tv.

Ethan has started to help cleaning up his toys the first time was in the bath tub.  After he was finished, he started singing the "Cleanup song" and putting all of his toys in the bin beside the tub.  Now before nap and bed he will help me put away some of his toys.
He has started drinking his cereal milk out of his cereal bowl, just like his Daddy and it is so stinkin' cute!

He has started singing so much lately.  His favorite songs to sing are Hallelu, Bob the Builder, Jesus Loves Me, the Bible, Patty Cake Praise, Jingle Bells, We wish you a Merry Christmas, and Zaccheus.

Ethan can now get in his carseat by himself, but still needs help buckling up.  He can also get out by himself :)  He doesn't like the arm straps, so we are having to encourage him to keep them on.
Ethan has a new found appreciation for stickers, firefighters, and tractors.  He is counting to seventeen, knows most of his shapes, is beginning to learn the alphabet (we are working on E), knows some of his colors and opposites.  It is so much fun see him learn something new!
