Photo Update

We love off days with Daddy!  Joshua treated us to slushies at DQ, and Ethan thought he was big stuff slurping down his very own!  He loves coloring.  Especially on his Crayola Music Maker.   We made a trip to Lufkin, for Joshua to trade his truck in.  He (and we) were thrilled that he was able to get a Ford F150 king cab.  That bench seat sure is nice!  While we were there we stopped at the Dollar tree and Ethan thought he and Daddy needed matching hats.  They are just so cute!  This Wednesday we were officially 22 weeks preggo!  Only 18 more weeks to go until we meet our precious little one!  Baby is becoming pretty active.  I love cuddling with Ethan and the baby will kick, so he points and says, "Baby!!!"  He also loves giving the baby love-he will lay his head on my tummy and rub the baby! Daisy and Pup-pup had their first Texas Doctors appointments.  Ethan has officially changed Naomi's name to Pup-pup.  At this point if we change her name I think it will only confus…

Puppy Love

Meet Naomi Horton.  Ethan named her when trying to tell her no no, and it came out more like "Naono," but he calls her pup pup now.  The nickname might stick; I find myself calling her pup pup too!  Here's a cute video of Ethan, his Daisy, and pup pup playing.

February Fun

Ok, my blogging break is over, and I am hoping to do a lot better.  The past three weeks have gone by so fast!  I can't believe our lil' man has turned 18 months old since I last posted.  Watching him grow is such a joy!  He had his well visit with Dr. Hortman in Marshall last Wednesday and got a great report :-) and four shots :-( His new words this month are animal, hat, nice, mean, sock, shoe, love, tiger, monkey, george (curious george), dono (donut), and more I'm sure.  He's also making animal sounds like a pro (sheep, dog, cat, bear, lion, monkey, and cow).  And now he is pointing to and saying nose and eyes.  What a month of progress!
We've had some gorgeous almost springtime weather...
And we've had some cold and rainy days.  It was on one of these days that Ethan discovered he loves a hat.  It is so precious to hear him say his new word proudly!

We are excited about the growth of the new van route.  Mrs. Mary has been ever so faithful in inviting and help…
